Automatic Billing Agreement for Farewellit Services
Effective Date: Dec 13th, 2024
This Automatic Billing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:
Farewellit LLC (“Company”), and
Customer Name: (“Customer”).
By signing up for Farewellit services and providing your payment information, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
1. Authorization for Automatic Payments
1.1. By providing your credit card or other payment method, you authorize Farewellit LLC to automatically charge your payment method each month for the applicable subscription fee plus any applicable taxes.
1.2. Charges will occur on a recurring basis starting on the subscription start date and will continue monthly unless canceled in accordance with Section 4.
2. Billing Schedule
2.1. Monthly charges will occur on the same calendar day each month as the subscription start date or the next available business day.
2.2. If the billing date falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge may be processed on the next business day.
3. Payment Responsibility
3.1. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the payment method on file is current and has sufficient funds.
3.2. If a payment is declined, Farewellit LLC reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received. A declined payment may result in additional fees as outlined in the terms of service.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. To cancel your subscription, you must notify Farewellit LLC in writing at least 30 days before your next billing date. Email info@farewellit.com  Subject Line: Cancellation
4.2. Cancellation notices must be sent to [insert Farewellit’s contact email or mailing address].
4.3. Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, your subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.
4.4. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
5. Changes to Subscription Terms
5.1. Farewellit LLC reserves the right to modify subscription fees or terms with 30 days’ written notice to the Customer.
5.2. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Governing Law
6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By signing below or electronically consenting, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
